Research Interests:
High throughput technologies to reverse engineer disease epigenetic pathways as a way to discover disease biomarkers and drug targets.

Research Description.
The Bomsztyk lab is developing high throughput methods, technologies and computational tools to reverse engineer epigenetic alterations of disease such as cancer, organ injury, sepsis and others. The goal is to use these user-friendly technologies to identify disease epigenetic alteration, biomarkers and druggable targets for precision medicine.
