Hosted annually since 2017, the University of Washington’s Three Minute Thesis event is a professional development competition that celebrates the capstone and research experiences of master’s and doctoral students. It supports their ability to explain their research in three minutes to a public audience. The competition was originally developed by the University of Queensland, Australia.
This event is a partnership between The Graduate School’s Graduate Student Affairs office and UW Libraries Research Commons. For inquiries, contact uw3mt@uw.edu.
