UW Bioengineering Assistant Professor Deok-Ho Kim has been appointed as the EMBS (Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society) Representative to the IEEE Nanotechnology Council. He will serve in this appointment through December 31, 2018. In this role, he will support EMBS on teleconferences or at scheduled meetings, and submit representative reports to IEEE EMBS leadership.

EMBS provides members with access to the people, practices, information, ideas and opinions that are shaping one of the fastest growing fields in science.
