Kelly Stevens, associate professor of bioengineering and of laboratory medicine and pathology, and Azadeh Yazdan-Shahmorad, associate professor of bioengineering and electrical and computer engineering, will present 2023-24 UW Medicine Science in Medicine Lectures. The Science in Medicine Lecture series, organized by the School of Medicine and the Council on Research and Graduate Education, showcases presentations from esteemed faculty researchers and clinicians. These talks delve into a wide range of subjects, reflecting the extensive scope and pioneering advancements within UW Medicine’s research and clinical practice.

Both Stevens and Yazdan-Shahmorad will be presenting as part of the New Investigator Lectures, which provide an important forum for the recognition of exceptional junior faculty members’ current scientific research.
