The nation’s graduate students have rated UW Bioengineering as having the second-best biomedical engineering program in the US, according to the Fall 2014 Graduate School Rankings recently published by Graduateprograms.com.

Graduateprograms.com, a major online resource for prospective and current graduate students across the nation, compiled the rankings using data gathered between September 1, 2012 and September 30, 2014. The rankings encompass reviews posted by more than 70,000 students participating in over 1,600 graduate programs nationwide.

Schools in the Fall 2014 Graduate School Rankings are rated on a 10 star system (with 1 being the worst and 10 being the best). UW Bioengineering’s graduate program scored a 9.33.
